The Nebraska Secretary of State has an online system from which you can upload some business filings but not all of them.  If you file a document online, that filing will be added to the Secretary of State's regular processing queue.  Regular processing of a business filing could take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the workload of the Secretary of State's staff.
